Information and documents necessary for the issue of a visa to Russian Federation

The Visa support will be made by SPbSU after the request of the participant to RREPS-15 Organizing Committee. To avoid unpredictable delays connected with summer holiday season, participants are recommended to send this request by June 15, 2015.

The Government of the Russian Federation allows citizens or residents of specific countries/territories to enter Russia without Visa. Clarify this information on your local Russian Embassy/Consulate web-site.

If you need Visa, you should obtain a Humanitarian Visa from a Russian embassy. For more detailed information on Russian Humanitarian Visa requirements visit your local Russian Embassy/Consulate web-site.

Supporting letter for Visa will be prepared by SPbSU by the request via s.galyamin@spbu.ru. The required information for preparing the supporting letter is listed below:

Copy of your passport;
Surname, name;
Date of birth: DD/MM/YYYY;
Citizenship;
Country and City of birth;
Passport No.;
Passport valid from … to …;
Country and City of residence;
Place of employment, position;
Address of place of employment with postal code;
Country and City of visa application.
