Abstract Submission

Please, submit your abstract via the CERN Indico system.

It is necessary to have the CERN Indico account, for abstracts submition. If you not have one, please register new CERN lightweight account or sign in with a public service account or organization or institution account.

Guidelines: one page A4, WORD (preferable, abstracts in LaTeX also acceptable), Times New Roman 12 pt., the title centered at the top of the page (bold type), one empty line, authors' names (centered), affiliation and complete address (centered), one empty line, text of abstract. The name of the person presenting the contribution should be underlined and supplied by an e-mail address (in footnote). Margins of 2.5 cm from all sides of the paper should be used. Tables, black and white figures or drawings are acceptable, if unavoidable. Final version in the Book of Abstracts will be reduced to A5 format. The Program Committee will decide about the acceptance of contributions by July, 8, 2019. The authors will be notified on the type of presentation (oral or poster) of their contributions by July 8, 2019. The information concerning the poster format will be available on symposium website.
Once logged into the CERN Indico system, please check to confirm that the data in your profile is up to date, especially your e-mail address and affiliation. It will be used in abstract preparation as you enter them.
Abstract Title: Enter the title of the abstract using initial capital letters. For example: "This is a Paper Title in Initial Capital Letters"
Abstract Text: Text should not exceed 1400 characters.
Special Characters: The new Indico system allows using some of LaTeX commands, so the mathematical formula and Greek symbols could be used during abstract(s) preparation. More information could be found on CERN Indico web-pages.
