RREPS-2009 Proceedings

   Based on preliminary Agreement between IOP Publishing Ltd, of Dirac House, Temple Back, Bristol BS1 6BE, UK and Moscow Engineering Physics University, «National Research Nuclear University», Russian Federation, the RREPS-09 Organizing Committee is going to publish the Proceedings of RREPS-09 as a volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series within a reasonable time (3 months) of their delivery.

   Here, ‘publish’ means electronic publication of the issue on the Publisher’s Web server, with HTML headers and linkable references and full-text PDF files of articles. The IoP will provide access to the Work free of charge via the Publisher’s web server.

    In addition, IoP shall supply the Organiser with 50 black and white softback, print copies of the Proceedings. These copies shall be despatched to the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI and then delivered to registered RREPS participants.

   In contrary to previous Proceedings (RREPS-07) published as the Topical Issue of Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research B, now we are restricted both in the number of printed pages and number of accepted articles.

   The complete Volume of RREPS-09 Proceedings shall not exceed 250 published print pages in length or more than 35 articles.

   Thus, the size of separate accepted paper should not exceed 6-8 printed pages.

   Papers submitted to the Journal are expected to have been peer reviewed, checked by the Editors and authors and to be in final form ready for publication.
 

The important deadlines:

  • The Authors are asked to submit their papers for peer reviewing not later than 30 October 2009. The manuscripts should be prepared in full accordance with the Journal’s Author Guidelines ( http://jpcs.iop.org ) and supplied to the RREPS-09 Organizing Committee ( rreps@tpu.ru ).
  • The RREPS-09 Organizing Committee shall deliver the refereed and accepted papers to the IoP in the specified electronic format not later than 30 of November, 2009.
  • Provided all papers are delivered to the IoP by the agreed date, and provided those papers are prepared in full accordance with the Journal’s Author Guidelines and supplied to the IoP using the procedures in the Journal’s Submission Guidelines for Conference Organisers, the IoP shall publish the RREPS-09 Proceedings in the Journal of Physics Conference Series within three months.
